K for Katelin and Blessed Karl
Dearest Reader,
This newest letter, completed today, is unique in that it contains the Iron Cross and the insignia of the Austrian Empire. Why did I include this? To commemorate Bl. Karl of Austria.
Karl of Austria, whose feast is October 21st, was the last Catholic monarch of Europe (and for that matter the world), and he chose to resign as Habsburg emperor rather than continue the brutal First World War. For this, along with his utmost devotion to Holy Mother Church and the Eucharist, we honor him as the "Emperor of Peace".
Katelin, a good friend of mine, has chosen Holy Karl as her intercessor. She has a mysterious neuromuscular pathology: which is preventing her from functioning normally. She has had to quit two different jobs now because of this disease, and she will be unable to see a specialist until next year.
Therefore, I am asking all who read this: to please pray to God, by the intercession of Emperor Karl, to heal Katelin of her bodily illness, and to lead her closer to the Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus. The best ways you can do this are:
1. Offer her a Mass intention on Blessed Karl's feast day on Oct. 21st (which is on a Tuesday)
2. Offer a Rosary through Our Mother, Mary, and Bl. Karl.
3. Download this illuminated K, make it your computer/phone wallpaper: and use it as a reminder to pray for Kate.
Thank you so much for reading and praying for Katelin. God be with you all, and talk to you all soon!
Sincerely,
Andy Soileau, the Wyoming Papist
